I'm Xander Groesbeek—15+ years shipping products, leading teams, and driving change across consulting, corporate (NASDAQ-listed), and startup environments.

I operate independently with minimal overhead. Give me a problem, access to stakeholders, and I'll deliver a roadmap, a working prototype, or a scaled solution—whatever the situation requires. I'm equally comfortable in a board meeting discussing strategy or in a technical design session reviewing architecture.

On digital sovereignty

I practice what I preach. My own startups run on 100% EU infrastructure—no US cloud providers, no third-party analytics that phone home. When I advise on data sovereignty, it comes from hands-on implementation experience, not theory.
